Options for bank account number submission in the compensation events

The National Deposit Insurance Fund of Hungary (NDIF) pays the compensation amount by wire transfer for the eligible depositors. The table below contains the ongoing compensation procedures and the options for the bank account number submission.

Please note that NDIF applies a limitation of 5 years from the start of the compensation event while the depositors can apply for compensation.

In the case of Sberbank Magyarország Zrt. v.a. the deposits are paid by the liquidator so that depositors can make a direct request for compensation amount payout to the liquidator in the open bank branches of Sberbank or by using the contact details available on the website of Sberbank.
